I am a father of two young children (my red-headed tornadoes), husband to a terrific wife (my inspiration), climber of mountains (I’m a glacially slow hiker) and writer of books (put your own witty opinion of my works here.)

“I am a first-time novelist and I put my history degree to good use in connecting history and the unreal. New York Underground grew from a  fantasy short story that got better and better the more I connected it to the actual city itself. Learn enough about New York and it will pull itself into your imagination.
I also write short stories for my two young children.  Henrietta Pym is one of those and I am in the process of fleshing it out, one adventure at a time. Bedside story to book is the best way to write, in my opinion.”
